
KES celebrated Red Ribbon Week the week of October 28 - November 1st. Students had the opportunity to sign a "Red Ribbon Week Pledge" to show that they were going to say, "No to drugs!". Throughout the week students were able to show they were going to stay drug-free and were against bullying by wearing red, white, and blue to show that they would stay "Strong Together Against Bullying and Drugs", they dressed as alike with their friend to show they would "Double Up Against Bullying", they wore orange for National Unity Day, they wore bright neon colors to share that they were "Too Bright for Drugs", and they wore team jerseys to tell others that they were "Teaming Up Against Drugs and Bullying".
